Butler's Golf Course offers comprehensive instruction programs for all ages and abilities. Individual instruction is available with the focus on fundamentals, drivers, woods, short irons, wedges, and basic skills.

Adam Lyons, PGA - Head Golf Professional

All instruction is directed by Adam Lyons. Adam attended Penn State University, where he went through the Professional Golf Management program. Upon graduation he gained his PGA Membership in 2008 and went on to become the Assistant Golf Professional at The Suburban Club in Baltimore, MD. After two years at Suburban, Adam decided to take an opportunity with Billy Casper Golf and moved to Stonebridge Golf Club in Rome, GA. He has now found himself back at home in the Pittsburgh area and is excited for the upcoming season here at Butlers.Adam loves to teach the game and believes in sticking closely with his teaching philosophy. He believes in working with all swing types by taking the positive attributes of the player’s game and building around them. Keeping lessons simple helps to ensure that the student is not overwhelmed which in turn will let them get the most out of the session. Get your game in shape in 2011 and play your best golf.
